My boiler broke down today and I had no heating or hot water, after phoning several plumbers with no luck, I called Rob and explained the problem. He arrived 2 hours later and fixed my boiler. First class service

Got in touch with rob through google search and communicated by phone and text as only involved boiler service. He could not make first appointment as stuck on job..but second one made quickly..on a bank holiday. When he arrived, started straight away and answered any questions we had. Showed him change of taps etc we would like him to do later on and he said just call him when ready. Very impressed he came on bank hols and would use rob again

Work was carried out to a high standard. I can not fault Rob. He is professional and has always provided me with excellent, competitively priced service.

Rob turned up on time and looking very presentable. A warm smile greeted me when I answered the door! The tap was changed quickly, all whilst making sure noise and mess were kept to a minimum. Rob provides good advice for maintaining my hot water system, and worked very efficiently. Overall, a good job completed in a very reasonable time frame, at the price quoted and at the time agreed. Rob was very friendly and came across as a very genuine person who I would happily recommend to friends and family. Any plumbing requirements I have I future, I will definitely speak with Rob first.

Rang him Monday morning, call was returned same morning. Appointment made and kept following morning, job diagnosed, part obtained and fitted that afternoon. Price was fine.
