Rob has looked after all of the plumbing needs for my elderly parents over the past several years, he is always reliable, professional and really engaging with them both, which in turn enables us to feel at ease and know that he is ensuring that they are in a safe environment. Sadly, I lost my mother a few months ago and dad is in hospital currently, but had to call out Rob to fix an issue with the boiler, he reacted quickly, purchased spare part and got everything working quickly. Very impressed with Rob. Always arrived as promised and very happy with the work undertaken. Rob is clearly a bit of a perfectionist and we appreciated in- particular his efforts to go above and beyond to perfectly match the brickwork to repair the hole left by the old flue outlet. Have already recommended Rob's services to friends and family.
