We'd been led to believe by a service company that our boiler was not economic to repair as it needed it's electronic control centre (the PCB) replaced. Rob came out to us at short notice to give us a second opinion, fitting us in when he otherwise would have finished for the day. Rob's day worked out unexpectedly challenging but he still did not let us down knowing we had no heating or hot water. He found the Service company's diagnosis to be completely wrong (he is an expert in Ideal boilers) and fixed the problem there-and-then with minor parts. Thanks Rob - you're a star!

Can’t fault the workmanship. Perfect time keeping. Very tidy and polite. Still helping us even though the job is finished! Will definitely be using Rob for our boiler, plumbing and heating needs. 100% trustworthy when left in our home when we went out.

Rob was a very clean worker with a good knowledge of boilers and plumbing , he knew straight away what the cause was and told me exactly what was required to fix it .He phoned me to let me know how much the repair would be and it was very reasonable , I would recommend to anyone .A+++++

Rob installed new pressurised heating system which included new tank, new boiler and new gas pipework. A job well done.

Came out to service our boiler very quickly for a reasonable price. Whilst here another repair was needed and this was also carried out quickly and safely. Thanks very much! I’d like to add that after moving house and not having a ‘regular’ plumber we chose to use this firm for the boiler service after having called their out of hours number for an emergency. Although they couldn’t attend that night they were very happy to help me with a temporary fix over the phone, not many people help you out like that these days.
