Couldn't ask for more. We hired Rob going off his Google reviews as we are new to the area. We had an old gravity fed system and needed an upgrade to a new combi as well as having it moved as we were knocking through the wall in the utility that the current boiler was on to create a kitchen diner, as well as replacing all the radiators in the property. Rob was punctual and very tidy. He had to pull the carpet up on the landing and you would never have known, it was all put back as it was. The new combi he recommended heats the house up nicely. Rob arrived when expected, he carried out works replacing the boiler, new radiator and replacing old pipe work to existing radiator. He ensured that he caused the least possible disruption and left all areas clean and tidy. All work was completed to an exceptional standard. Will definitely use Rob again and would not hesitate to recommend.

Rob is a first class plumber and a very decent bloke. He always talks and walks you through any job before quoting and his prices are honest and depenable. He removed our old boiler, hot water tank and loft tanks, drained down the heating system, replaced the original main gas feed with new regulation sized pipes and fitted the new combie boiler. Between himself and Louis (assistant) they made good every screw hole, floor board, flew hole and cleaned up every single bit of mess caused. They even brought they're own vacuum cleaner and hoovered up before they left each day. 100% first class ??

We knew Rob was the right man for our central heating during his visit to give us a quote. Whereas other companies threw a figure at us by just looking round the property, Rob asked us details of what we needed and gave us three quotes with different levels of warrantee etc for us to choose from. The installation itself was fantastic, Rob and Lewis were personable, professional and worked incredibly hard, even shoring up some very wonky floor boards to protect some of the pipework. We would highly recommend Rob (and Lewis) to anyone, and if fact we have already.

Recently moved into a bungalow and the heating failed. Luckily had been paying BG a monthly retainer for years they took one look and refunded my payments for the 3 months we had been in property. Rob was recommended and was on site within 24 hours and a quotation was received and accepted within a week. Rob and Louis arrived as agreed on the scheduled date and carried out the required work with a minimum of fuss. They were organised worked as a team, were polite, kept things tidy and the pipe work was crafted to minimise the impact in each room. Before departure I received a full briefing.
