So pleased with Rob. He came to service/repair our gas fire. It turned out to be broken and too old to fix as the parts are unavailable. Excellent to find someone honest.

Excellent service, Rob was booked to service the boiler who gave some advice on its current state and provided me with some options/prices, which were all fair. I decided to take this Rob’s advice and replaced the entire boiler. I have to say, I was extremely impressed with the work completed and I also threw in some radiators that needed to be replaced. Very courteous, clean, tidy, friendly, honest, hardworking and overall exceptional tradesman. All of our future work will be placed directly with Rob.

Rob is a really genuine guy, he is up front with what work needs to be done and keeps you informed at every stage. Works clean and tidy and standard of work is excellent. You get a quote and he sticks to it, would always recommend. Just had a new bathroom fitted and we are very, very pleased. He also has a great contact list of tradesmen. We needed some carpentry work to complete the job and he arranged for Andy (carpenter ) to come over and do the work, which was also of an excellent standard and covered in the original quote. ??

We used Rob (under recommendation) after struggling to find a local plumber who met our requirements regarding high-end quality. Needn't have worried! He was here 4 days - and all work was carried out courteously, professionally, and to an excellent standard. Rob's experience shows through in his analytical skills - he's a genuine 'problem solver'. He was punctual, polite, respectful, and above all else, a perfectionist. Rob will be our first choice for future projects.

When searching and looking for trades - the issue is trust - worries about being ripped off and reliability etc - after seeking help from Rob, it was clear that he knows his stuff and doesn't rip people off. Could easily have made a big job out of a relatively small fix and I wouldn't have known the difference. Came to have a look on a Sunday as he was in the area, took a day to order the part and fixed the following day. Couldn't be more grateful. Great job, v reasonable - have used others big firms in the past and been ripped off. If trust is an issue - you can trust this guy.

Work was completed in less time than estimated and to a high standard. Rob was punctual, friendly and honest. The water and heating systems are now working much better than I ever thought they could. He left the house clean and tidy - could not have been better.

Very pleased with this plumber. He arrived on the date and at the time agreed. Fitted the tap and adjusted our shower screen. We’ve been looking for a new and reliable plumber and we think we’ve found him.
